Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us: name, phone or email, property postcode and your message.
- Images and video of the property you ask us to inspect, which may incidentally include parts of neighbouring property.
- Basic website analytics (pages viewed, device type) if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and carry out the inspection you ask for (contract or steps before a contract), and to keep business records (legal obligation). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Drone images
We plan flights to avoid capturing people and neighbouring gardens. Anything identifiable captured by accident is cropped or blurred before images are shared, and we never publish images of your property without your permission. We follow the Information Commissioner's Office guidance on drones.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Inspection images and reports are kept for to confirm: retention period so we can answer follow-up questions, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
